Hannah’s positive birth story

I started yoga at around 19 weeks and continued up until 37 weeks just before I had my son. Tuesdays became my favourite day of the week very quickly as it was the day I could relax, re-regulate and take an hour for myself.

Lianna offers a calm and caring environment. She listens and helps you focus on what’s best for you and your body. Everything that was taught helped me throughout my pregnancy from breathing exercises in the car before work right up until I was in theatre for my c-section.
