Welcome to RED YOGA in Tunbridge Wells, where pregnancy yoga meets expert midwifery support. These classes are 70 minutes long and give you time to genuinely connect with your body, your baby, and the other mums-to-be around you - all in a private, cosy studio overlooking the countryside.
I'm Lianna, a practising midwife supporting expectant mothers across Sussex and Kent for over 20 years. I've spent years seeing first-hand how movement, breathing, and a calm mindset transform pregnancy and birth. That's why I created these classes to give you tools that actually work, taught by someone who's been supporting women through pregnacy, labour and beyond.

RED YOGA is a dedicated yoga studio purpose-built during lockdown with one thing in mind: creating a space where you feel held and supported. Located near the Spa Hotel, it's tucked away from the bustle of town centre.
What you get:

Underfloor heating and bi-fold doors opening onto countryside views
A cosy, intimate studio space (12 people maximum, not a crowded class)

What happens in 70 minutes
You’ll learn pregnancy-specific movement that eases aches and pains (back tension, hips, pelvic pressure) whilst preparing your body physically for birth.
Practice breathing techniques grounded in how your nervous system works - tools you'll use throughout pregnancy and labour to stay calm and grounded.
Explore relaxation and visualisation so your mind and body work together, not against each other.
Connect with other expectant mums in a supportive, judgment-free space where you can share experiences and ask questions.
Gain confidence. Whether this is your first baby or your fourth, these sessions remind you that your body knows what to do.
The extra 10 minutes (compared to standard classes) means we're not rushing. We have space for real conversation, for questions, for you to feel genuinely seen.
You can join from your 12-week scan right up until you give birth. The practice adapts as your pregnancy progresses. What you need at 14 weeks is different from what you need at 36 weeks, and we adjust accordingly.

How to Book
Block of 6 classes: £90 (£15 per class)
Book a block and commit to your practice. You'll get consistency, community, and better value. Plus, showing up regularly makes a real difference to how your body responds.
Pay as you go: £16 per class
If you prefer flexibility, you can pay as you go.
Why Blocks of 6 Work Best
When you commit to a block, something shifts. You build relationships with the other mums in the room. Your body responds better to consistent practice. You start to trust the techniques, rather than just trying them once or twice.
A block of 6 gives you enough time to genuinely settle into the breathing, to feel the movement patterns becoming natural, and to arrive at birth feeling truly prepared rather than scrambling to remember what you learnt weeks ago.
