Becky’s positive birth story
I always wanted to do pregnancy yoga during my first pregnancy, but never found a class. I was so thankful to find Lianna’s class with my second.
Yoga evenings were my favourite evenings of the week, I loved the calm, supportive atmosphere. Every session was beautiful planned and carried out and always left me feeling light and ready for the days ahead.
Yoga evenings always meant a good nights sleep and less back pain for the next few days. Unlike my previous birth, which had moments of feeling stressful, my second birth, although being a c-section, had a sense of calm.
Having done pregnancy yoga with Lianna, I could focus on my breathing, which allowed my body to relax and feel excited about what was about to happen. Throughout the build up and during the c-section I thought about all the positive affirmations Lianna used in class.
I can’t thank Lianna enough for running such incredible sessions, which helped ease aches and pains, allowed me to focus on myself and my baby, feel more positive and just completely relax.
